Key Responsibilities

Create, monitor, and report project schedules, costs, margins, and profitability Prepare cost reports and forecasts, identifying and mitigating potential risks Oversee construction tenders, negotiations, subcontractor solicitation, and buyout Manage billings, receivables, payment certificates, work orders,



and invoices Arrange final inspections, occupancy permits, and substantial performance notices

Requirements:
