Lead enterprise sales for Blackbaud in Canada, combining consultative selling with strategic account planning and senior stakeholder relationships. Remote-first work supports this Canadian territory. As an Account Executive, you will own an enterprise territory and represent Blackbaud to mission-driven organizations. You will help customers advance fundraising, constituent engagement, financial management, granting, and other critical operations. The work combines existing-account growth, new-business development, and complex solution selling across Canada.

Key Responsibilities





Own and develop an enterprise territory Execute go-to-market strategies against assigned revenue objectives Grow customer relationships with Customer Success Managers Prospect organizations that are not current Blackbaud customers Maintain pipeline accuracy and reliable sales forecasts

Requirements:

Five years selling complex SaaS or CRM solutions Experience developing, managing, or responding to RFPs Consultative approach to organizational needs and stakeholder alignment Robust communication, relationship-building, planning, and organizational skills Located in Canada; Greater Toronto Area preferred Apply enterprise selling, account development, and consultative communication to advance Blackbaud solutions for mission-driven organizations across Canada.
