Lead transmission projects from Edmonton with EPCOR, applying utility project management and electrical transmission expertise to capital programs. As Project Manager, Transmission Projects, you will deliver a portfolio supporting system growth and capital maintenance under the General Tariff Application. You will manage budgets, approvals, resources, schedules, and secure execution across EPCOR Distribution and Transmission Inc. The position may also support AESO Direct Assign or external customer projects.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute transmission projects against approved baselines Develop governance documents, estimates, assumptions, and scope definitions Manage projects from approved PPR through closeout Coordinate permits, engineering packages, procurement,



and construction services Maintain schedules, forecasts, stakeholder communication, and project controls

Requirements:

Professional Engineer registered with APEGA B.
Sc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent P.
L.(Eng.) Five-plus years in electrical transmission systems Direct transmission design or construction experience Knowledge of substations, transmission lines, protection, and controls Bring transmission construction, project governance, and stakeholder management expertise to EPCOR’s Edmonton electricity operations.
