Must Have:

- Experience leading analysis for large-scale digital initiatives.
- Experience documenting requirements, user stories, process models, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience assessing services for integration with shared platforms and reusable capabilities.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid teams and supporting backlog, testing, release,



and implementation activities.
- Experience coordinating deliverables across business and technical teams.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements Business Analysis Experience - 35%

- Experience leading analysis for large-scale digital initiatives.

- Experience maintaining requirements traceability.

Platform and Service Onboarding Experience - 25%

Delivery, Testing, and Implementation - 20%

- Experience working in Agile or hybrid teams and supporting backlog, testing, release, and implementation activities.
- Experience coordinating deliverables across business and technical teams.

Communication and Stakeholder Management - 20%

- Excellent facilitation, writing, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate effectively between business and technical audiences.
