Qualifications

Training and Pedagogy Expertise

- Ability to write explicit, concise and effective training Docs
- Proficiency in technological tools for the design and delivery of virtual training
- Ability to design learning paths and evaluate knowledge transfer

Organization and Work Mode (Remote Work)

- Strong autonomy, personal discipline, and ability to work without direct supervision
- Proficiency in virtual collaboration and remote project management tools (e.g., Google Meet, Webex)




- Ability to manage changing priorities with great attention to detail
- Excellent time management and adherence to deadlines in a decentralized environment

Tools and Training

- Advanced proficiency in office and modeling tools (creation of work stream diagrams, technical Docs)
- University degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Inspire planner, Google Suite and other platforms

Great-to-haves

- Experience in nursing, healthcare management or project management
- Certification or concrete experience in instructional design
- Experience with healthcare software applications and use of a certified EMR

Intermediate knowledge of English is required because you will occasionally interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.
