Support CC295 Kingfisher maintenance programs and reliability analysis at AirPro through a hybrid 50/50 working model. Help sustain aircraft readiness. As an Aircraft Maintenance Program & Reliability Specialist, you will support continuing airworthiness and fleet sustainment. You will evaluate technical documentation, maintain approved maintenance programs, analyze reliability data, and coordinate contracted MRO activities. The role sits within Integrated Logistics Support and supports Canada’s Fixed Wing Search and Rescue program.

Key Responsibilities





Analyze technical documentation and update the Operator Maintenance Program Coordinate resolution of customer-reported maintenance program issues Monitor contracted MRO activities and execution issues Analyze reliability data affecting aircraft availability Generate weekly aircraft availability reports

Requirements:

College diploma or undergraduate degree in a related field Three to five years of relevant aviation experience Experience with maintenance programs or reliability analysis Experience supporting technical or operational teams Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint Apply maintenance program, reliability, and fleet sustainment expertise supporting AirPro’s CC295 Kingfisher aircraft readiness.
