Managing subcontractor pricing, scopes and bid evaluations. Project Experience Commercial Recreational Facilities 7+ years’ experience estimating commercial / ICI construction projects.



Robust quantity take-off and cost planning experience. Excellent subcontractor and stakeholder management skills. Strong communication and commercial awareness.
