SAP BRIM technical project management and support leadership define this role, coordinating production operations across a blended onshore and offshore team. As an experienced SAP BRIM Project Manager and Support Lead, you will govern continuous enhancements and operational performance. The position combines functional understanding of SAP SOM, SAP CC, SAP CI, and SAP RAR with ITIL-based delivery. You will manage incidents, releases, project schedules, testing, and post-deployment stabilization across the BRIM landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Level 2 and Level 3 production support operations Track MTTA, MTTR, SLA compliance, backlogs, and first-time fixes Escalate Priority 1 and 2 incidents and lead root cause analyses Manage billing cycles, rating batches, bill runs,



and reconciliations Coordinate requirements, design, testing, cutover, and hypercare

Requirements:

Eight-plus years of IT delivery or support experience Four-plus years dedicated to SAP BRIM Three-plus years managing projects or application maintenance services Depth in at least two BRIM components Experience with ITIL processes and ServiceNow, Jira, or SAP Solution Manager Apply SAP BRIM functional expertise, ITIL governance, and technical project leadership across support, enhancement, and delivery activities.
