Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level advice on complex and sensitive legal matters Lead negotiations on complex legal matters for DEED Liaise with internal and external key stakeholders Contribute to departmental policies, standards, and strategies

Requirements:

Strong legal background in an in-house workplace Understanding of the legislative process Experience providing in-house legal counsel Experience in commercial or contract law Ability to demonstrate expected leadership behaviours Bring senior legal counsel experience, commercial law knowledge, and stakeholder leadership to DEED’s Legal Services division.
