Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, logistics, or related field Minimum 10 years’ aerospace manufacturing quality experience Knowledge of aerospace standards, regulatory requirements, and quality systems Proven success developing empowered, high-performing quality teams Fluency in French and English required Bring strategic quality leadership, aerospace compliance expertise, and team development experience to Bell Textron Canada’s Mirabel operation.
