This Director of Business Development role partners with firm leadership and practice groups to advance strategic positioning. You will guide market research, competitive intelligence, client proposals, rankings submissions, and business development processes. The position also leads a professional team while supporting alumni relations, industry events, and community engagement.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years’ experience in business development or strategy Professional services or law firm experience preferred Solid team management and growth strategy experience Proficiency with market research and intelligence tools French and English communication skills, written and spoken Use marketing strategy, competitive intelligence, and team leadership to expand a prominent law firm’s profile and opportunities.
