Automation, instrumentation, and control engineering await at BBA’s expanding Jonquière office. Contribute to programming, detailed design, and site work across project phases. As an engineer, you will support automation engineering mandates and digital solution deliverables. Your work may include plans, specifications, reports, estimates, instrument selection, and technical assistance. You will also program PLCs for DCSs and HMIs, then participate in commissioning and performance testing at client sites.
Key Responsibilities
Produce deliverables throughout automation engineering project cycles Prepare P&IDs;, layouts, I/O loops,
and motor control diagrams Select instruments and control valves using technical data sheets Program PLCs for DCSs and HMIs Support construction, commissioning, and performance testing
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in automated production or electrical engineering Interest or relevant experience of five years or less Automation or instrumentation experience in mining or energy Availability for short-term client office or site assignments Advanced French and English communication skills Apply automation engineering expertise to PLC programming, instrumentation, commissioning, and field support with BBA in Jonquière.
