This senior position supports expansion of the National SR&ED; practice across Canada. You will manage client engagements, guide teams on SR&ED; policies, and address financial and tax matters. Collaboration spans tax, assurance, client, and national stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Support strategic management and expansion of the National SR&ED; practice Serve as primary CRA liaison for SR&ED; audits Guide teams on SR&ED; policy and administration Manage, review, and finalize detailed client engagement summaries Coach, mentor, and develop junior team members
Requirements:
CPA designation Minimum eight years in an SR&ED; consulting workplace Previous coaching and mentoring experience Proficiency with Excel, Taxprep, and Profile software Excellent written, verbal, client service, and interpersonal skills Apply SR&ED; tax leadership, CRA expertise, and client engagement skills within Doane Grant Thornton’s national practice.
