Requirements:

Extensive leadership across multiple games, products, or teams Experience managing at least 25 full-time art employees Robust coaching and performance management experience with Art Leads Expertise across 3D, animation, 2D, and technical art Live-service gaming experience with frequent content releases Shape visual direction, develop art leaders, and deliver consistent quality across a growing live-service gaming portfolio.
