Role Description This full-time remote role as an Independent Financial Advisor at WFG involves helping clients understand and manage their finances through personalized strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients virtually, assessing their financial goals and current situation, and developing tailored plans for savings, investments, retirement, and risk management. The advisor will present suitable financial products, explain options in clear terms, and provide ongoing guidance as client needs evolve.

The role also includes building and maintaining a client base,



staying current with financial markets and regulations, and collaborating with WFG’s support resources and training programs to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to design comprehensive, long-term strategies for clients.
- Candidates should possess skills in Finance and Investments to analyze options and recommend appropriate solutions based on client objectives and risk tolerance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Financial Advisory to deliver clear guidance, explain complex concepts, and support informed decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a remote, entrepreneurial setting.
- Relevant licenses or certifications (such as securities, insurance, or financial planning credentials) are highly beneficial and may be required based on product offerings and jurisdiction.
