Almero Student seeks an experienced Senior Property Manager for its 374-bed Oxford community. You will oversee leasing, marketing, facilities, resident welfare, financial targets, and an on-site team. The role supports safe, affordable, and well-managed student living.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage annual community lease-up with head office teams
- Lead leasing and marketing activities, including sales closing
- Oversee property security, maintenance, and improvement recommendations
- Recruit, coach, and motivate the in office team
- Handle resident complaints, welfare support,



and conflict mediation

Requirements:

- Experience managing property operations and student accommodation
- Ability to oversee leasing, marketing, and resident experience
- Capability to manage budgets, expenses, and variance explanations
- Ability to address security, liability, and facilities issues
- Availability for full-time weekday working hours
