Lead commercial property accounting for a Vancouver portfolio from Calgary or Vancouver, using strong MRI expertise and hands-on financial oversight. As Divisional Controller, you will oversee accounting for newly added Vancouver-area properties within an established national real estate services organization. The position combines leadership with property accounting, client relationships, and financial performance oversight. You will mentor property accounting professionals while working with management teams, owners, partners, and lenders.

Oversee accounting for Vancouver-area commercial properties Lead budgets, annual planning, and cash forecasting Prepare monthly, owner, lender, and GST reporting Review financial statements, analyses, controls,

Requirements:
Five or more years of commercial property accounting experience Solid hands-on MRI experience Experience leading or mentoring accounting staff Understanding of leases, client reporting, and cash flow Yardi experience highly desirable; accounting designation an asset Bring commercial property accounting leadership, MRI expertise, and transparent client communication to this Vancouver portfolio mandate.
