Lead KYC data controls and remediation for TD in Toronto, applying data analysis and Master Data Management within a regulated environment. This specialist supports Customer Master operations across KYC, Technology, Data, Risk and Control partners. The work strengthens customer data quality, integrity and reliability throughout the KYC lifecycle. You will identify patterns, investigate root causes and translate findings into sustainable improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee Customer Master activities supporting KYC processes Develop controls for inconsistencies, exceptions and emerging data patterns Investigate and remediate customer data issues Coordinate corrective actions through resolution Present data findings, risks and recommendations to leadership

Requirements:

Experience leading operations in KYC, AML or customer data Knowledge of Master Data Management concepts and principles Robust data analysis and root-cause investigation skills Experience with controls, reconciliations or exception management Strong stakeholder, leadership and communication skills Apply KYC operations, data analysis and control expertise to strengthen customer information and remediation outcomes at TD.
