Lead health, safety and sustainability strategy for Fidelity International across the UK and Europe, based in the UK or Germany. Apply expertise in ISO systems and Net Zero programmes. As Senior Manager within Corporate Services, you will provide subject matter expertise across health, safety, wellbeing, and environmental management. You will embed HSS considerations into workplace operations and strategic projects while supporting operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and Fidelity's Net Zero ambitions. The role reports to the Global Health Safety and Sustainability Director.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Fidelity's HSS strategy across the UK and Europe Oversee compliance with Fidelity's HSS Management System Support ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 45003 certifications Lead audits,



risk assessments, and governance reporting Support delivery of the Net Zero 2030 roadmap

Requirements:

NEBOSH certificate or equivalent; Diploma preferred Chartered IOSH membership or progress toward Chartered status Significant ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems experience Experience with carbon reduction and Net Zero programmes Fluent English; skilled German highly desirable Apply your HSS leadership, assurance, and stakeholder influencing expertise to strengthen Fidelity International's UK and European operations.
