Lead In-Service Support projects at CAE using project governance, financial management, and bilingual stakeholder communication across Canada. This Project Manager oversees medium-to-high complexity projects for Training Center Operations Canada. The work includes project planning, resource management, contractual obligations, and profitability. You will lead teams, coordinate technical activities, and manage customer relationships while supporting proposals and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop project plans, goals, schedules, and deliverables Manage financial, operational, and project resources Lead concurrent projects, teams, subcontracting, and workshare Resolve technical, scheduling, resource, and workload challenges Prepare project reviews, reports, and executive presentations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, commerce, or related field At least eight years of relevant experience Minimum five years of project management experience Fluency in English and French PMP certification or equivalent accreditation Bring senior project leadership, financial oversight, and customer communication to CAE's In-Service Support programs across Canada.
