Guide compensation strategy across Manitoba’s health system. As Director, you will advise Chief Medical Officers on physician agreements, compensation frameworks, and workforce retention. The position partners with Manitoba Health, Seniors and Long-Term Care, bargaining agents, and health-system stakeholders. You will also support operating plans, contract negotiations, and workforce planning through analysis and strategic advice.
