Mandate Overview:

The role is decision-making since they approve change requests for resources and are responsible for quality, governance, and methodology. Supervision is functional and extends to external contributors, including the integrator, which requires experience on projects where a vendor delivers part of the solution. The tech area (AI, infrastructure, cybersecurity) is described as ideal, while experience in software integration and platform change projects is listed as required knowledge. Previous experience in Insurance is considered a major plus, a transparent signal to prioritize profiles already familiar with its project governance.

- Candidate wanted: a project manager with over 6 years of experience delivering large-scale technology projects, certified PMP, MGP, or ACP, who has handled a project plan, budget, and accountability before a steering committee.
