Lead complex transit infrastructure delivery for Metrolinx, using project management, estimating, and stakeholder coordination from an in-office Toronto setting. This Project Manager supports the GO Expansion-USRC project and its enhanced commuter rail network objectives. Based at 130 Adelaide Street, the role coordinates employees, consultants, contractors, municipalities, transit authorities, government agencies, and property owners. You will manage studies, design, construction, commissioning-related work, and project close-out while supporting approved timelines, budgets, deliverables, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities





Coordinate external stakeholders to resolve project delivery issues Prepare and review project estimates and contingencies Provide technical and priority direction to assigned personnel Oversee multidisciplinary project team delivery and administration Coordinate complex tasks under schedule and budget pressure

Requirements:

Engineering degree or equivalent education, training, and experience Experience managing high-value, complex multidisciplinary projects Experience supervising staff from project start through close-out Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills Knowledge of Progressive Design Build models is an asset Bring transit infrastructure project management, estimating, and communication skills to Metrolinx’s team-oriented GO Expansion-USRC delivery team.
