Design engaging CarltonOne products with Figma, prototyping, and user-centered methods across responsive web and mobile experiences. This UX Designer role focuses on translating requirements and feedback into intuitive, scalable experiences. You will simplify complex workflows, validate designs, and help maintain consistent patterns across customer-facing products. The position partners with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders through Agile ceremonies and development.
