Regina, Head Office (In-Office) Posting Close Date: November 6, 2026 Manager, IT Infrastructure to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for our infrastructure setting, ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of the technology services our employees and customers depend on every day. This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative leader who combines technical expertise with people leadership, and a passion for continuous improvement. You'll work closely with business and technology partners to drive operational excellence, optimize resources, and shape the future direction of our infrastructure services. You bring a combination of technical expertise, strategic leadership, and operational excellence including: Ability to manage vendor partnerships and drive value through effective supplier engagement. Strong knowledge of modern IT practices, SDLC methodologies, and technology service delivery. Ability to develop and execute strategic and tactical plans that support application and IT service objectives. Proven understanding of program and project management methodologies for delivering complex initiatives. Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and optimize interconnected business processes. Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead, manage and motivate a team. Strategic and proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. The skills and experience for this role are typically gained through a four-year degree in a relevant field of study, like Information Technology,
