Lead AI-enabled marketing transformation at Thomson Reuters as a Senior Project Manager, using process design and delivery leadership across a hybrid organization. As a Senior Project Manager on the Transformation and PMO team, you will lead complex initiatives reshaping a 750-person Marketing and Communications organization. You will work with leadership, MarTech, MarComm, and Product teams to redesign processes, enhance marketing technology, and deliver dependent campaigns. Your work spans current-state mapping, solution design, implementation, and adoption. Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional teams through large-scale marketing project execution Maintain integrated plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and dependencies Establish KPIs and address execution risks, issues,
and barriers Facilitate process mapping and recommend solutions with implementation plans Drive adoption, accountability, and continuous improvement across delivered work Requirements:
