Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, the Divisional Controller manages daily and ongoing financial functions for the Skydevco Portfolio. Direct accounting operations for the Skydevco Portfolio Consolidate financial data for managed properties Perform cash flow analysis and cash management Coordinate the annual budgeting process Develop policies, procedures, forms, and manuals Requirements:
