Service Advisor | Evening Shift
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in a job well done, and knows how to make customers feel confident and taken care of. Join our team as a Service Advisor!
Salary: Starting at $22.55/hour
Shift Premium: $3.00/hour
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Workplace : Laval

Concretely, in this position you will take care of:
- Welcome customers,
identify their needs, and schedule appointments
- Open, review, and close work orders
- Follow up on repairs and communicate with customers
- Prepare purchase orders (POs)
- Manage the schedule and use the Decisiv system
- Present and sell estimates, and explain the work to be performed
Experience, training and skills that would come in handy:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge (an asset)
- Bilingualism: fluent spoken French and English (an asset)
- Computer skills
- Effective prioritization and time management
- Tact, professionalism, and the ability to remain composed in challenging situations
- Attention to detail and consistency in following procedures and work methods
- Team spirit and a willingness to help others
