Harding Medical is searching for a Service Coordinator to join our Charlottetown PEI team . If you are organized and have a positive attitude, you are our ideal candidate!

What You Will Do:

- Handle service requests via phone, email, and fax for medical equipment repairs.

- Generate work orders (WO) in the computer system.

- Prepare quotes for funding approvals, generate invoices, and scan and store documents in the appropriate locations within the computer system for funding approvals.

- Schedule appointments with clients for service and deliveries.

- Coordinate and schedule technicians for service calls and deliveries.

- Order repair parts for the service department.

- Monitor and follow up on quote approvals and parts orders as necessary.

- Assist with Receiving Inventor:



verify quantities and process appropriate documentation

- Pick and Ship customer Orders via Transport / courier service

- Assist with inventory counts

- Adhere to existing procedures and policies.

What You Need to Succeed:

- Grade 12 or equivalent

- Scheduling and/or dispatching experience are considered assets

- Microsoft Office, computer and administrative experience are required

- Self-motivated, well organized and able to communicate effectively with others

- Ability to lift 50lbs

- Adaptability, versatility, and a positive attitude as a team player
