What You'll Be Doing
- Making and receiving calls with potential customers
- Having friendly, professional conversations
- Scheduling appointments for our Water Quality Advisors
- Keeping appointment information organized and accurate
- Working together with your team to achieve daily and weekly goals
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with people
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and a team-first mindset
- Previous experience is an asset, but absolutely not required!
