Reporting to the Director of Contracts and Project Management, you will manage cost, schedule, quality, and project status. The work covers sewer, watermain, earthworks, roadworks, bridges, and other major civil works.Key Responsibilities:
Review specifications, drawings, and construction needs before site mobilizationSchedule timelines and update them according to project progressCoordinate meetings and communication with owners and stakeholdersMonitor payments, accounting, claims,



and project financial performanceLead project close-out, assessment, and debrief activitiesRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or construction-related educationTen to fifteen years as a Construction Project ManagerHeavy civil experience across sewer, watermain, earthworks, roadworks, and bridgesMunicipal, subdivision, and ICI experienceStrong management, negotiation, time management, and interpersonal skillsApply your heavy civil leadership, contract expertise, and project controls experience across KAPP Infrastructure projects in Ontario.
