As Senior Director, Customer Intelligence, Data & AI, you will define enterprise strategy across customer analytics, business intelligence, data science, and measurement. You will translate customer behavior and value insights into growth strategies while guiding loyalty, CRM, digital, and MarTech capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
