Build supply forecasting and refurbishment systems at Pontosense, working hybrid in Toronto or Waterloo while shipping hardware across 24 countries. As Supply Chain Manager, you will own hardware planning, inventory, delivery, returns, and refurbishment. You will work with the Chief Commercial Officer, engineering, factories, and manufacturing partners. The position covers purchase orders, lead times, replenishment, reverse logistics, and operating systems. Your purpose is to build and run the network supporting care organizations and families. Key Responsibilities:

Forecast supply and establish purchase orders, safety stock, and shortage rules Design replenishment logic across factories, warehouses, and third-party logistics nodes Build refurbishment processes for testing, repair, regrading,



and redeployment Create return processes for families and care partners Develop SOPs, dashboards, scorecards, and parcel economics Requirements:

End-to-end ownership of suppliers, purchasing, delivery, and returns Experience building hardware refurbishment, repair, or reverse logistics programs Experience creating planning or operating systems from scratch Cross-border experience with factories and third-party logistics providers Background in hardware, electronics, or manufacturing supply chains Bring hardware supply chain leadership, refurbishment expertise, and cross-border logistics experience to Pontosense’s growing network.
