Lead Google Cloud platform strategy across the Americas with hands-on expertise in data engineering, machine learning, and enterprise architecture. This position is fully remote within Canada. As Datatonic’s Head of Platforms, you will own enterprise-scale landing zones, data platforms, MLOps, and integrated Data & AI platforms. You will guide platform architecture, reusable templates, enablement, and production delivery. The role combines builder leadership with senior client stakeholder advising. Key Responsibilities:

Own secure, governed Google Cloud reference architectures Build reusable infrastructure, CI/CD, data, and agent templates Define platform standards, guardrails, playbooks, and training Scale deployment, testing, observability, security,



and governance Lead client conversations, delivery, and platform-related revenue Requirements:

Deep hands-on Google Cloud platform delivery expertise Experience scaling data products or AI agents Knowledge of APIs, semantic layers, BI, and MCP Experience with FinOps, telemetry, and business value measurement Solid security, networking, Terraform, CI/CD, and operations grounding Shape Datatonic’s Americas platforms through Google Cloud architecture, reusable accelerators, AI agents, and measurable business outcomes.
