Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline Qualified Engineer designation registered with Professional Engineers Ontario 12–15 years delivering municipal infrastructure projects Expertise in watermains, sewers, forcemains, pump stations, and pipelines Knowledge of trenchless technologies and hydraulic modelling concepts Bring conveyance leadership, technical oversight, and mentorship to WSP infrastructure projects serving communities across Ontario and Canada.
