As Production Manager, you will shape performance and culture at Tolko’s High Prairie OSB Division. The modernized mill includes a newly commissioned continuous press. Your leadership will focus on safety, productivity, recovery, quality, staffing, scheduling, resources, and operational improvement while collaborating with maintenance and leadership teams. Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop frontline production teams Champion safety culture through visible leadership and accountability Drive productivity, recovery, quality, and production performance Manage staffing,



scheduling, resources, targets, and budgets Support modernization and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements:

Grade 12 diploma; post-secondary education is an asset Three to five years of manufacturing experience Experience leading teams in a production setting Solid planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Bring safety leadership, team development, and manufacturing improvement experience to Tolko’s modern OSB operation in High Prairie.
