Commercial contracts and practical legal advice define this in-house counsel position at DarkVision, based fully on-site in North Vancouver, BC. Support customers, suppliers, and international operations. DarkVision seeks a commercially minded lawyer as its primary in-house legal resource. The work includes customer contracts, MSAs, NDAs, supplier agreements, corporate matters, regulatory requirements, and legal risk assessment. You will advise Finance and Operations while helping leadership use AI legal tools and reduce reliance on external counsel. Key Responsibilities:
