Lead Shopify implementations for Reactiv merchants, using AI fluency and project management skills to deliver launches from discovery through hypercare. As Implementation Lead, you will own merchant onboarding across SaaS and ecommerce implementations. You will manage Shopify setups, integrations, project plans, launch readiness, and stakeholder communication. The work spans mid-market launches and enterprise builds involving agencies, developers, and executive sponsors. Key Responsibilities:

Run discovery, onboarding calls, and implementation walkthroughs Manage concurrent project plans, scope, milestones, and timelines Configure integrations and troubleshoot Shopify implementation issues Own app launches, QA, submissions, approvals,



and hypercare Hand accounts to Customer Success with documented checklists Requirements:

Experience in SaaS, ecommerce, Shopify, onboarding, or implementation Daily AI fluency with Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools Understanding of Shopify structure, Liquid, APIs, and permissions Solid project management and proactive written communication Experience managing enterprise stakeholders, agencies, or systems integrators Bring Shopify expertise, AI fluency, and implementation leadership to help Reactiv merchants launch personalized mobile commerce experiences successfully.
