Marketing & Communications is rebuilding how it works around AI, and this role helps deliver that change. As a Sr. Project Manager on the Transformation & PMO team, you will lead initiatives that change how a 750-person marketing organization operates: AI-enabled workflows, marketing technology enhancements, redesigns of marketing and communications processes, and the campaigns that depend on them.
This is not a coordination role. You will work directly with marketing leadership and partner with MarTech, MarComm, and Product teams. You will map how work happens today, help design how it should happen, and own delivery through adoption. If you want a PM role where process thinking and solution design are part of the job, and where your work visibly changes how a large organization operates, this is that role.
