Lead GMP sourcing and supplier qualification for BMC’s Montréal biomanufacturing facility, using negotiation and risk management expertise. The position follows a hybrid work model. As Specialist, Procurement and Contract Management, you will support supplies, equipment, services, and professional services required for operations. You will partner with Operations, Quality Assurance, and Finance across competitive bidding, supplier assessment, contract management, and performance measurement. The position also addresses supply continuity, compliance, category strategies, and cost opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

At least five years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management Bachelor’s degree in a related business, procurement, or legal field Direct negotiation and supplier assessment experience Understanding of contractual terms and supplier management Qualified French and English communication skills Bring sourcing strategy, GMP supplier qualification, risk mitigation, and negotiation capability to BMC’s biotechnology manufacturing mission.
