This Customer Engagement Strategy Manager will reinvent customer journeys across Reitmans, RW&CO.;, and PENN. Penningtons. You will build smarter lifecycle programs across Email, SMS, loyalty, and emerging channels, moving toward personalized experiences at scale. Your mandate includes identifying audiences, behaviours, and commercial opportunities, then partnering with CRM Operations to create high-performing, always-on journeys. You will own conversion, retention, repeat purchase, AOV, CLV, and incremental revenue metrics while using customer behaviour, analytics, and experimentation to guide action. The role requires close connection with Customer, CRM, Ecommerce, Data, and Brand. Key Responsibilities:

Eight-plus years in CRM, Lifecycle, Growth, Ecommerce, or Digital Marketing Deep segmentation, personalization, lifecycle marketing, and automation expertise Experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms Track record of measurable revenue, conversion, and retention growth Bilingual French and English communication skills Lead lifecycle marketing, customer journeys, and measurable CRM growth for RCL’s Reitmans, RW&CO.;, and PENN. Penningtons brands.
