Coordinate industrial operations for Dow in Fort Saskatchewan, guiding crews through protected work, technical decisions, and essential daily priorities. As an on-shift team lead, you will oversee operational employees and provide technical coaching. The work includes managing crew tasks, supporting operating discipline, and coordinating with Maintenance, Lab, and Quality. You will help address plant upsets, document process issues, and seek additional technical expertise when appropriate. Key Responsibilities:
