This Senior Estimator position manages bids from opportunity review through submission. Since 2018, the client has delivered asbestos, lead, and mould abatement alongside selective demolition. You will review drawings, specifications, addenda, photos, and hazardous materials surveys. The work includes pricing scopes, calculating costs, and preparing practical, compliant bids. Key Responsibilities:
Review inbound leads against company objectives Analyze drawings, specifications, and hazardous materials reports Complete quantity take-offs and develop competitive bids Calculate labour, material, equipment,
and subcontractor costs Submit estimates and change orders on time Requirements:
Five or more years of construction estimating experience Knowledge of asbestos, lead, and mould abatement scopes Understanding of WorkSafeBC requirements Solid Excel skills and drawing-reading ability Knowledge of contracts and change order processes Bring construction estimating, hazardous materials knowledge, and Excel expertise to accurate bids supporting demolition projects throughout the Lower Mainland.
