Oversee production workflow, equipment performance, and scheduling Lead, coach, train, and develop employees and supervisors Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards Maintain procedures and identify efficiency improvements reducing waste Manage budgets, costs, performance indicators,
and forecasting Requirements:
At least five years’ progressive manufacturing, production, or operations leadership Manufacturing team leadership experience Understanding of production workflows, equipment, and quality standards Experience with employee development, procedures, and continuous improvement Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn recent systems Lead Formations’ manufacturing operations through practical improvement, accountable teams, quality performance, and disciplined cost management.
