As Project Manager, Talent Acquisition and Innovation, you will create recruiting motions for physicians and experienced nurse injectors. The work spans sourcing, outreach, offers, onboarding, candidate engagement, and workforce planning. You will partner with clinic leaders, regional teams, and CPP’s central team. Design repeatable searches for plastic surgeons and dermatologists Build experienced nurse injector pipelines and transition support Pilot AI solutions across sourcing and candidate screening Measure recruiting technology impact on time and cost Coordinate hiring priorities with clinic and regional leaders Requirements:
