Shape Okta’s UI Platform with systems thinking, AI workflows, and accessible design expertise as a foundational global experience lead. As a Staff Product Designer, you will guide horizontal patterns, design architecture, localization, globalization, and WCAG accessibility standards. You will partner with UI Platform, Product, Engineering, and Design Systems teams to align user and developer experiences. The work spans every Okta Workforce Identity product. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and document scalable, accessible, localized design patterns Partner with leads to co-own the platform roadmap Balance features, technical debt, quality, and adoption Improve processes through documentation, feedback, and mentorship Use data and AI insights for platform design decisions Requirements:

10+ years of experience as a Product Designer Proficiency in Figma, Miro, Balsamiq, or similar tools Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Portfolio spanning conceptual, interaction, information architecture, and visual design Experience leading complex projects across large, horizontal scopes Bring product design craft, AI fluency, systems thinking, and accessibility expertise to Okta’s global UI Platform.
