Advance citizen-focused Registry of Motor Vehicles services in Halifax using product leadership, consultation, and modernization delivery expertise. The appointment is term-based. This Director of Product role belongs to the RMV Modernization Senior Leadership Team within Cyber Security & Digital Solutions. You will shape product vision and goals, coordinate workstreams, and guide delivery for services serving Nova Scotians. Collaboration spans internal departments, business partners, senior leadership, and external vendors. Key Responsibilities:





Provide senior oversight across the product development lifecycle Generate work plans with the Director of Service Act as liaison between business partners and leadership Guide digital delivery best practices and standards Collaborate with internal staff and external vendor resources Requirements:

At least five years’ experience in product delivery or management Related bachelor’s or master’s degree Strong organizational skills for prioritizing work under deadlines Sound judgement and diplomacy under pressure Understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racist policy development Bring product leadership, workstream coordination, and inclusive policy guidance to up-to-date Registry of Motor Vehicles service delivery.
