This position is a hybrid location position, requiring shifts both at the Capitol 6 Theatre (805 Yates Street) and The Roxy Theatre (2657 Quadra Street).

Assistant Managers at Golin Cinemas play an essential role in the daily operations of the Capitol 6 Theatre and the Roxy Theatre.

Reporting directly to the District Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for supervising employees, maintaining operational standards, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and ensuring the smooth operation of both locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, independent judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to take initiative without requiring constant supervision.

What do you need to become a successful member of this Team?

- Previous experience in Theatre Exhibition preferred, but not required.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in food service or quick service is required.
- Ability to work shifts independently,



occasionally without another staff member.
- Demonstrate solid communication (oral & written), organization, and teamwork.
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Exceptional time management and team leadership skills.
- Strong computer aptitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment that requires knowledge of different roles and responsibilities.
- The ability to perform the essential job functions requires certain physical standards to include lifting, reaching, bending, kneeling, ascending and descending stairs.
