We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This position can be based out of Innisfil, Hamilton/Hagersville, ON, or Beloeil.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Flatbed Group. Working closely with our customers, operations teams, and other internal departments, you will help ensure customer needs are communicated accurately, orders are processed efficiently, and a high level of service is maintained.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced transportation environment. Bilingualism in English and French would be considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication with customers
- Receive and enter customer orders into our Transportation Management System (TMS), ensuring information is complete and accurate
- Monitor customer requirements and communicate updates or changes to the appropriate team members
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist in resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Process and organize paperwork and ensure documentation is forwarded to the appropriate departments
- Work collaboratively with customer service, billing, operations, and other internal departments




- Assist in meeting department goals and business objectives
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist with administrative and compliance-related duties as required
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

- Experience in transportation, logistics, customer service, or operations is preferred
- Bilingual in English and French is considered an asset
- Knowledge of AS400 and LoadLink is an asset
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace
- Ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers and other departments
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and go the extra mile
