Job Summary

The Senior Estimator develops accurate, competitive pricing for construction projects by evaluating project requirements, preparing estimates, and coordinating with project teams. This role applies construction estimating expertise and sound judgment to support informed bidding and project planning.

Responsibilities

- Review project documents, specifications, and scope to identify labor, materials, equipment, and other cost considerations.
- Prepare detailed estimates and pricing, using Bluebeam and HeavyBid to organize takeoffs, calculations, and bid information.
- Coordinate with project management and other colleagues to clarify scope, validate assumptions,



and align estimates with project needs.
- Support bid preparation and negotiations by explaining pricing, documenting estimate details, and communicating relevant risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

Required: Practical construction estimating, pricing, and project management capabilities, with clear communication and attention to detail, are essential to develop reliable estimates and coordinate effectively across project teams. Preferred: Construction experience, familiarity with Planswift and Togal AI, and negotiation skills are valuable strengths for contributing to competitive bids. Your impact: Explicit, well-supported estimates help colleagues plan projects confidently and make informed bidding decisions.

Pay: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
